We will make every attempt to ship out or deliver your order as soon as possible.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 10:00am generally leave our warehouse in the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 am on weekdays, Weekend and holidays will generally leave our warehouse by the next business day.

Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
All deliveries carried out by our company, around Auckland area, will be completed within 24 hours once your order dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipment Refusal
If your shipment arrives at the "ship to" destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made.
Please advise if you need your order(s) to be delivered in a particular time of the day, during business hours. For example: after 11 am or between 10 am and 3pm.We will advise a delivery company about your request.

Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product.

Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) we will send you a replacement.

Please note: Saturday delivery is not available from Bullet Freight and Fastway Couriers. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
